Client Relationship Executive

A leading software company with a small, friendly and results focused team based in Guildford are seeking a Client Relationship Exec.  You will be responsible for nurturing key client relationships, onboarding new clients and building strong relationships. 

Duties;

• Ensuring regular renewals within your client base
• Develop strong client relationships by understanding the individual business needs and bringing a consultative approach
• Provide clients with training on the platform to ensure they can maximise the product
• Reactive & proactive client account management
• Ensure accuracy of all data

You will demonstrate;

• Strong relationship management experience
• Exceptional communication skills
• Knowledge of IT or software products
• Strong CRM ability
• Ability to meet and exceed KPIs and targets
• Exceptional attention to detail
