Our client is a market-leading management consultancy firm who are looking for a proactive and highly organised PA to join their hard-working yet sociable and tight-knit team, based out of super smart offices with the flexibility to work from home 1 day/week. This opportunity will suit a PA who enjoys working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment and is looking for a role where they can become an integral and valued team member. As this PA role supports in a variety of areas, we are looking for a candidate who can provide an exceptional level of support, has a can-do attitude, and likes to go that extra mile. Working closely alongside an EA, this role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to further develop their experience and take the next exciting step in their career.

The successful candidate must be experienced with Microsoft Office (particularly with Excel and PowerPoint) with exceptional attention to detail and discretion.

Typical duties will include:

  • Producing charts and manipulating data using Excel
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations including text, detailed layout and graphics
  • Event management and marketing
  • Office administration
  • Diary management and arranging meetings
  • Ad hoc team support
