A fabulous opportunity has arisen to join a start-up family office and charity as EA to the Senior Leadership Team. This is a high level EA position that will be supporting a UHNWI principal, chief of staff and another senior team member. Due to the start-up nature of the role, there is enormous room for personal progression and to take on any projects that need leading. This role will suit someone who has experience working in a fluid, unstructured environment who is able to hit the ground running.  

Duties may include: 

• Complex and international diary management to 3 team members (possibility to take on more as the business grows) 
• Booking of international travel and creating complex itineraries that include; ground transportation, accommodation, meetings and delegate entertainment  
• Managing the office and additional properties  
• Creating structure and processes for business  
• Minute taking, creating supporting meeting documentation and drawing up correspondence  
• Formatting and proof reading company documents 
• Circulating a weekly update to staff
