This well known, global Hedge Fund requires a talented corporate receptionist to work in one of their Mayfair based offices. You will be part of a passionate and super skilled wider team but this is a standalone role and so it will require someone who is happy with that.  It requires someone who has worked in a busy corporate reception role meeting and greeting high profile clients on a daily basis.  Dduties will include but not be limited to:

  • Meeting and greeting all guests
  • Book meetings and managing conference rooms
  • Arranging couriers
  • Accepting deliveries of small packages
  • Keeping the reception area and conference rooms tidy
  • Answering and forwarding phone calls
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks

The ideal candidate will have minimum of 3 – 4 years corporate reception experience in financial services, law or another professional services industry. They will be highly proactive, have the ability to prioritize in a fast moving, high pressure, constantly changing environment, be a team player, have strong communication skills and be friendly and well presented.   This would suit someone who has perhaps worked at a big bank in the city or another similar professional services environment in a similar role and would like to move to one of the worlds leading hedge funds in beautiful offices in a wonderful location.  This firm are renowned for looking after their staff, offering scope to grow in their roles and as such they have a very low turnover of employees. The hours will be from 09.30 am to 6.30pm, however flexibility is required, and it is 5 days in the office.
