We have an urgent requirement for a well-educated, high energy, confident and collaborative Operations Assistant with strong communication and organisational skills to join a growing and successful financial services company where you support the day-to-day activities of the Operations team ensuring the office runs like clockwork!  The role will be varied and include, but not limited to updating the website and intranet; dealing with the company’s contractors and suppliers; co-ordinating calendars; scheduling meetings; preparing itineraries; arranging travel; organise events and general administration together with any other ad-hoc requests relating to operational HR matters.  It will therefore be critical that the successful candidate has great attention to detail and must be able to be ‘one step ahead at all times’.  You will have a calm, pleasant and unflappable manner and ‘muck in’ attitude with the rest of the team when required. 

This role would suit a bright and highly organized graduate with a keen eye for detail who wants the opportunity to develop a career path within office management or operations where training and development is at the top of the agenda, ensuring their employees are at the leading edge of their academic knowledge.

We are only looking at candidates with longevity that possess the following:

Educated to degree level

European languages – Italian, Spanish or French would be highly desirable

Confident, assertive, ambitious and flexible

Major attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Advanced Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Team player

Calm and unflappable
