Job Description:

My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Manager with a background in health and safety to join there team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of there office, managing daily activities, and fostering a positive working environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Health and Safety: While health and safety qualifications are beneficial, they are not mandatory. However, the successful candidate should have a strong understanding of ISO standards and compliance.
  • Team Management: Effectively manage and coordinate daily activities, providing support to there team of engineers. Excellent man-management skills are essential to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.
  • Client Interaction: Act as a liaison between clients and there engineering team, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet the dynamic demands of our industry. This includes handling urgent matters, adjusting schedules, and addressing unforeseen challenges.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in office management, with a health and safety background.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and compliance.
  • Strong man-management and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle daily interactions with engineers and clients effectively.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Health and safety qualifications are desirable but not mandatory.
