Description

As a Customer Experience Advisor you will be dealing with any incoming calls from customers assisting with claims and handling a variety of queries ensuring these are resolved swiftly and promptly and service level agreements are exceeded.

You will also be responding to any emails coming into the business and interacting with customers over webchat!

Profile

Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds such as retail or hospitality
