West-end based Hedge Fund is looking for a Grad Team PA to support the COO and office
On a day to day basis candidates will:
* Supporting the COO and her Team.
* Scheduling meetings for the COO and her team
* Diary and travel arrangements
* Greet visitors on arrival (as first point of contact)
* Taking visitors through to meeting rooms
* Sorting the Post before distribution throughout the office
* Booking Couriers/Cabs - keeping records
* Updating a report on daily basis
* Updating CRM Contacts Database (daily)
* Updating telephone & contact lists
* Booking international travel
* Liaising with building management regarding maintenance issues
* Liaising closely with our catering team and helping with event co-ordination
* Contacting the cleaning company regarding any cleaning issues
* Ordering stationery
* Documenting, retrieval and sending boxes to archive
An excellent communicator is needed coupled with the ability to undertake administration tasks. Ideally a grad with one years experience in a similar role.
