Temporary HR Advisor

Our client is a great HR consultancy who work mainly in the creative space, and they are looking for a dynamic, proactive and organised HR Advisor to support them on a temporary basis.

Experience in the following is important, as well as being open to pick things up as and when needed:

Exposure to Employee Relations (ER) Proven track record of managing various HR aspects, including probation failures, performance management leading to exits, handling disciplinaries, grievances, and involvement in redundancy processes Experience in implementing processes from inception, such as designing and launching appraisal systems

The finer details are:

• Start date – ASAP
• Duration – Ongoing until they hire someone permanently (could temp-to-perm)
• Hours – 9am – 5.30pm
• Rate - £23/hr
• Location – Hybrid, three days in their office in central London
