We have a fantastic opportunity to join us as an Executive Assistant on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis.

In this role you will be:

  • working for an Executive Director and be involved in their business activities
  • organise travel itineraries, arrange appointments, liaise with other business units, and have delegated responsibility for some departmental administration
  • provide a full secretarial support function, e.g., maintain the diary, open and screen mail, establish filing system, preparation of meeting packs, agendas and minutes etc
  • responsible for organising/managing large events

In order to do this role, you will need:

  • Good standard of Maths and English
  • Significant experience in an Executive Assistant role, supporting high-level senior managers
  • Ability to foster a culture of teamwork
  • Proactive/reactive
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Problem solving
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Highest levels of professionalism and ability to use judgment, discretion, tact, and diplomacy at all times
  • Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines
