We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join an extremely reputable, family-run SME based in Andover. As a Sales Administrator, your role will be to support the Account Manager from an administrative point of view, enabling them to get on with their sales efficiently and effectively. You will act as the main point of contact for enquiries, ensure a quick response, preparing quotes and keeping on constant communication with our key clients.

Please note- this is an office based role and you must have access to a vehicle, as the premises are in a remote location with no public transport

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Dealing direct with all customer queries and enquiries on a day-to-day basis.
  • Handling incoming sales enquiries via phone and email
  • Keeping the CRM system updated with customer interactions and contact details.
  • Proactively add value to the customer experience, with a view to ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Working closely with the sales team to free them of any non-selling tasks
  • Send quotes to your teams' customers.
  • Identify opportunities with current customers.
  • Follow up tasks with calls and emails.


  • Highly organised and efficient
  • Expert level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience in quoting
  • Computer literacy, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Well organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks to meet challenging targets and tight deadlines.
  • Strong client focus and seeks to understand the commercial relationships.
  • Good influencing skills particularly on the telephone.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00 (office based with some flexibility on the working hours)


  • Salary: 25,000- 30,000 DOE
  • Bonus after probation
