Our client are an independent distributor and fabricator of insulation, dedicated to providing high-quality products and exceptional service to our clients across the UK.

They are currently seeking a dynamic and diligent individual to fulfil a crucial business support role within our organization.


As a Business Support Administrator, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including but not limited to:

- Utilizing Sage 50 accounts for order entry and invoice queries.

- Entering purchase orders into Sage

- Creating and dispatching purchase orders

- Verifying and approving incoming invoices

- General filing and organization

- Providing administrative support to the sales team

- Generating works orders for production in the factory

- Coordinating and arranging logistic operations

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Relevant administrative experience, although not essential, would be advantageous

- Experience using Sage 50, while not mandatory, would be advantageous

- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications is essential

- Excellent time management skills

- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
