Conveyancing Secretary and Personal Assistant

Do you have excellent attention to detail and are highly organised?

Do you have experience as a Secretary or Personal Assistant (PA) and are looking for your next opportunity?

Our client is a busy Property Management / Investment Company based in Bognor Regis, West Sussex.

The successful PA will assist one of the directors in the legal office in all aspects of their role.

Your main duties would include;

  • General administrative duties.
  • Presentation of correspondence and documents.
  • Liaising with Tenants and Solicitors via telephone, post and email.
  • Assisting other members of the business as required.

You will need;

  • Experience working as a Secretary or PA or similar role.
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Some knowledge of property conveyancing.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is imperative.
  • Must be self-motivated and be able to work independently following the relevant training.

You will be friendly and welcoming and be a great team player! You should be able to work as part of the small established team and to work on your own initiative. A decision maker with good communication skills is essential.

Salary: GBP23k - GBP28K depending on experience

Hours: Full Time 9:15 - 5:30pm Monday to Friday
