Who am I supporting: The CEO and management of the office

Key duties: Complex diary management, project coordination, event support, coordination of board meetings and following up on actions, general office support, ad hoc marketing duties

Background and experience: You will need to have superb written and verbal communication skills, flexibility around hours, intellectually curious (an ideas and process person) you must have experience of working in a sales/client services/search industry previously
