The Role

Join our team as a Customer Service Administrator, where you will serve as a primary point of contact for our valued clients and customers. Exceptional communication skills are essential, as you will be dedicated to delivering a professional and empathetic experience.

This dynamic role involves a diverse range of responsibilities, including:

  • Maintaining professional communication with customers, insurers, and colleagues nationwide
  • Efficiently reviewing and updating data on both our internal system and client portals
  • Skilfully scheduling, managing, and reviewing appointments in a timely manner
  • Safely handling sensitive data related to customer claims
  • Providing regular updates on the progress and timescales of claims/contracts
  • Effectively addressing and resolving queries and complaints
  • Updating the customer service database and generating reports for management
