My client:

Due to growth my client is looking for an ambitious and motivated Sales Administrator to support their fast paced and growing business. The role would be well suited to an individual looking to build a career in internal sales. You will be a key team member ensuring customer orders and processed accurately, correctly but importantly maintaining the high level of customer service their customers are accustomed to.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing customer orders received by email and telephone.
  • Producing quotes and following through to order conversion.
  • Keeping good communication on the progress of their orders
  • Create a well communicated link between the purchasing and sales departments.
  • Maintain good and competitive relationships with our customer base.
  • Support the Commercial Manager in daily activities.

The candidate

  • Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy is key
  • Understands the importance of customer service
  • Confident in verbal communication and professional email communication
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise changing workload.
  • Competent using windows and Microsoft office.
  • Drive to improve and keen to learn.
  • A commercial or sales background nice to have but not essential

Working Hours

  • 8 30 Monday Thursday
  • 8 30 Friday
