Chartway Partnerships Group are one of Kents leading housebuilder and developer, specialising in the development of new homes and communities, working in partnership with housing associations, landowners and fund managers. Consisting of over 6 subsidiaries we re on an exciting growth plan. Right now, due to our continued growth we are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to join our business, on a permanent contract out of our offices in Coxheath, Kent.

About The Role

As a PA, you ll be supporting both the Chief Operating Officer and Land & New Business Director.
You will be responsible for managing both Director s diary s, scheduling internal and external meetings; as well as co-ordinating travel, venues, or catering and accommodation as required.

You ll be their first line of defence responsible for answering, filtering and responding to calls, Emails and other written communications and provide general secretarial assistance to the Directors.

You ll be able to utilise your fantastic interpersonal and organisational skills, liaising with other team members to ensure all relevant documents are available, collated and prepared prior to Board Meetings, Forums and other regular Senior Management meetings.

As well as this, you ll have a number of other responsibilities such as managing expenses, office management, and any other administrative duties asked.

You ll come from a similar position within the Construction or House building industry, excellent IT skills, be highly organised, and have the ability to work autonomously.
The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in an appropriate manner, is essential.
