Job description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Knight Frank Finance business as a Business Support Coordinator working closely with our Partners on the day to day running of the team.

Knight Frank Finance is an independent mortgage and protection insurance advisory service from Knight Frank, the world’s largest privately owned global real estate agency and consultancy and extends the same quality, integrity and diligence associated with the Knight Frank name around the world.  The Business Support Coordinator role will be responsible for supporting the Operations management team in their day to day activities and supporting a number of Partner’s with operational duties.


  • Induction preparation and administration for new starters joining the team including organising IT and equipment, arranging inductions and being the point of contact for all new starters
  • Scheduling monthly one to ones with new starters for the Training & Compliance Manager
  • Running monthly reports on Training and Compliance
  • Assisting with Compliance throughout the team
  • Recording minutes from Board meetings
  • Diary management and room booking for the Operations Management team

Key Experience Required

  • Good knowledge in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
