Your new company
As a leading organisation within their field, this FTSE250 catering and retail business has operations across the UK and in over 30 countries. Their UK head office is nestled in London's Camdem, and they have had a position arise for a Personal Assistant to join the team based in this office. The role will sit within the finance function and centre around providing assistance to the EA who currently supports members of the C-Suite team, as well as to the wider finance team.
Your new role
As this is a new position, the full potential of this role has yet to be defined, so it offers an exciting opportunity for an individual to join the business and make their mark.
At this moment in time, the client has identified the following duties that will fall within the scope of this role:
- Travel arrangement,
- Holiday cover for the EA,
- Processing expenses,
- Diary management and meeting arrangement,
- General administrative duties.

Prior experience as a PA is a necessity.
