C&C Search is currently recruiting an EA / Executive Assistant based in Stirling, Scotland. This role is to support an inspiring CEO/founder, be their right hand support and part of a team of 20 people. Flexible working is provided.

Position: EA / Executive Assistant

Location: Stirling, Scotland. Must be ideally within 30 minutes of this location

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (DoE)

Hybrid set up: 2/3 days working from home weekly

Benefits: Bonus scheme, healthcare, pension, 25 days holidays

Key responsibilities for this insert EA / Executive Assistant position:

• Manage diaries/inboxes, global travel coordination, scheduling meetings
• Proactively managing business and personal commitments
• Project work and ad hoc personal errands

What background and experience are the company looking for?

• Previous EA / PA experience within a similar role ideally supporting a founder / CEO and working within a small or start-up company
• Be a strong communicator, problem solver, and self motivated individual
• Must be competent managing ever changing diaries and coordinating global travel
