Virtual EA/Project Manager

A fab Virtual EA/Project Manager role has come up, with a super exciting entrepreneur who is based in New Zealand. This role is suited to a personable, dynamic, hard-working, and proactive individual who has experience working under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the CEO, on a business level and be a great right-hand. The perfect candidate will be flexible and understand the time difference. They are offering up to £45k for the perfect candidate with fully remote working. This candidate MUST have experience working within an online business.

Key Duties Include:

• Busy diary management, inbox management and travel coordination 
• Heavy admin inc expenses, invoices and payroll
• Being a great first point of contact for clients
• Drafting emails and social content
• Possible travel in 2023
• Supporting with events

 

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has 3+ years of experience in an EA role working within an online business
• Top communication and writing skills
• Is flexible and willing to immerse themselves in a variety of duties
• Willing to be available during New Zealand hours
• Thrives in a fast-paced and fluid environment
• Happy with new platforms and ideally experience on Xero
• Has an interest and passion for the wellness world and aligned with the company values
