Customer Service Coordinator - 5-star Housebuilder - Kent
PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator for a 5-star residential developer in Kent.
My client are looking for someone who can provide customers with a 5-star customer service process and deal efficiently and effectively with any issues they have.
Job role: Customer Service Coordinator
Salary: GBP27,000 - GBP30,000 (depending on experience)
Duration: Permanent
Location: Kent
Main duties:
Be the first point of contact with customers
Answer calls/queries accurately and consistently
Ensure customer details and communication with customers are accurately recorded on CRM system
Liaise with Maintenance operatives, sub-contractors, etc
Knowledge and skills:
Self-motivated
Confident with the ability to communicate
Organised and ability to prioritise
IT skills
Previous customer service experience
Previous residential/construction experience
