We're currently recruiting for a HR Systems Analyst to document and define clear business requirements for any HR related changes to Oracle and our Recruitment system, Taleo.
Key Responsibilities
In this exciting HR Systems Analyst role, you will be analyse business requirements and conduct UAT testing and be the first point of contact for the HR Shared Service Centre and business with systems related queries. You'll also ensure HR systems documentation and processes are kept up to date and regularly review their fit for purpose. The role will also involve document UAT scenarios and conducting test evidence for auditing purposes and provide UAT statistical data to support our projects.
What are we looking for?
A praoctive individual with good attention to detail and ability to work under own initiative. You'll have proven experience of using a call logging system such as Oracle Service Cloud and experience of defining and documenting UAT execution. You will also have previous experience of producing clear documentation and able to adapt and respond to changing priorities and deadlines.
