EA to CEO

We are looking for an exceptional EA, who is available immediately, to support the CEO of a well-respected Global Company. This company is well established and has an outstanding reputation, as EA to the CEO you will need to give an extremely high level of business support, whilst acting as a right hand person to them.  As their EA, you will have full control of their diary and inbox, and along with managing their day-to-day appointments, you will also get involved with a variety of projects. This role would suit a dynamic EA, with excellent attention to detail, who looking for the next step in their career, someone who is; happy to work on multiple projects, used to dealing with a high volume of senior people, and used to working at a very fast pace! Duties will include:

• Extremely complex diary management Inbox management Complex travel arrangements across time zones Preparing presentations Project management Event organisation Organising and attending Board meetings Taking notes

Requirements:

• Degree level or equivalent Strong MS skills – including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent organisational skills Able to use initiative Flexible and happy to multitask Technology savvy Efficient High attention to detail
