We have a brand-new opportunity for an enthusiastic and confident individual who is looking to progress in their Administration/HR career in a fast paced and dynamic environment. A varied role, this position will be responsible for supporting the delivery of HR services to the organisation.
HR Assistant Responsibilities
As the HR Assistant some of your duties will include:
Assisting with general HR enquiries.
Assisting with recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
Preparing letters and documentation
Supporting the HR Manager
Dealing with emails and telephone queries on a day-to-day basis.
Maintaining an up-to-date awareness of relevant employment legislation and HR practices.
Assisting with learning and development
HR Assistant Experience
Our client is looking to recruit an exceptional candidate who is passionate about supporting the HR team in administration and compliance processes, this will be an administration focused role as they move from paper-based processes. You will be resourceful and innovative with strong verbal and written communication skills. You will ideally have previous HR/Administration experience and will able to work in a varied and fast paced position. You will be organised, proactive, flexible and a team-player.

Your standard working hours are circa 37.5 per week with some hybrid working/flexibility to work from home.
