About the Opportunity

What will you be accountable for?

Our HR team are at the heart of the business, they are leading the development of a high-performance culture and making Studio Retail Limited a great place to work. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to join a business whose going through significant transformation.

Working as a member of the HR team, driving improved people metrics across the business
Supporting the effective and robust annual performance and pay review process, making sure we have a fair and consistent approach
Providing effective and legally sound Employee Relations advice and guidance, ensuring the most appropriate and commercially beneficial options for ER and people issues are presented to support business decisions
Co-ordinating activity on around Comms & Engagement, ensuring the promotion of a healthy, engaged and retained workforce, working in conjunction with the Comms and Engagement BP
Supporting (project dependent) the implementation and embedding of people related projects and initiatives within the business areas, ensuring business goals are achieved

Who are we looking for?

As a Junior HR Business Partner you will be:

CIPD qualified or equivalent
Track record of operating at a Junior Business Partner level successfully
Experience of managing multiple employee relations cases within a fast-paced, customer centric, unionised and regulated environment
Excellent working knowledge and awareness of employment related legislation and regulation
Experience in implementing people related activity to support business areas/functional plans
Experience in supporting recruitment and onboarding
Good working knowledge of compliance, confidentiality, data protection and security standards and expectations
Evidence of continual professional development
Commercially astute
Experience in delivering engagement improvements
Stakeholder management skills
Experience in change management
Ability to effectively coach and mentor others
