Summary

That s why we support them with the training and development they need to succeed.As part of our Personnel team, you'll help welcome new arrivals to Lidl, organise training and manage data and paperwork. Motivated, organised and a natural 'people-person', you'll play a vital role in helping your colleagues reach their potential - while building a promising career for yourself.
What you'll do
- Manage our training database
- Help organise and monitor training across your region
- Issue induction packs and uniforms to new starters at our stores
- Deal with paperwork including visas, expenses and references, staying on top of data protection
- Help your team with post, general admin and answering the phone
What you'll need
- Some administration experience
- Computer skills including Word and Excel - database experience would help
- To be a natural people person with a positive, professional approach
- Great organisation and multi-tasking to prioritise conflicting deadlines
- Outstanding attention to detail, initiative and a confident, can do attitude
