HR Manager
Are you an experienced HR person seeking an exciting new opportunity in a rewarding industry?
Our client is a dynamic healthcare organisation, seeking a driven and passionate HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resource practices and processes across the business.
This is a full time position based at their head office in Berkshire.
Ideal Requirement
Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive (5-10 years)
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Ability to develop and implement HR strategies including those provided from Regional and International offices.
In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
Degree in Human Resources or related field
Role Responsibilities
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall local, regional, and international business strategy
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or any other employment issues
Managing the recruitment and selection process focusing on employee attraction and retention
Ensuring fairness and compliance in all HR matters
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, processes, and procedures across the organisation in line with wider company guidelines
Nurture a positive working environment
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high employee performance and retention
Maintain pay plan and benefits program in line with UK legislation and wider company strategies
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Strong leadership skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
