We are looking for a superstar EA to join the growing team at a contemporary and luxury Fashion House based in east London, supporting the dynamic CEO. This role is a rare and exciting one and would suit a business minded self-starter, ideally with experience in business development, an MBA, and or legal skills/qualifications.

 

The ideal candidate will have drive, excellent attention to detail, be able to work independently and collaboratively, be happy to pitch in where needed and discreet when dealing with confidential information. You will be an expert admin enthusiast, resilient, have a flexible mindset and enjoy being one step ahead at all times. A seriously exciting opportunity to support an inspiring CEO and a role which enables a fantastic overview and responsibilities across the company, with growth potential.

 

 

 

Hours:             Full time with out of hours support when required

 

Location:          Wapping

 

Salary:             Dependent on experience

 

Start:                ASAP

 

 

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

 

  • Providing full administrative support to the CEO Providing business project support as required to the CEO Proof-reading/handling legal documents Proof-reading/Handling copyright and business contracts Liaising with internal departments Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of the principal. Observing best business practices and etiquette. 

Candidates must be / have:

 

  • Solid EA experience supporting at senior level Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software Be business minded, ideally with an MBA or business development experience Have legal experience/qualifications Excellent note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills Ability to manage internal and external correspondence. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional interpersonal skills Responsive to out of hours contact if required
