Our high end client in the automotive industry is currently looking to recruit a Remarketing Sales & Administrator in Dunton Essex
Ideal candidate will have automotive/dealer experience
Inside IR35
GBP18p/h umbrella rate/ Paye also available
12 month contact- view to extend
Hybrid role
Position Description:
Remarketing Sales & Administrator
• To effectively lead in the administration duties around the Clients Remarketing function, primarily auction sales, manual sales to dealers and other key sales administration duties, and ad hoc used vehicle analysis.
• General Administration
• Handle Client Dealer, and Client Direct Helpdesk enquiries as required
• Processing of cancellations and partial credits prior to sign-off
• Responsible for reviewing and endorsement of cancellations and partial credits prior to the Clients management sign-off
• Provide backup for inquiries from outside agencies, e.g. Trading Standards, DVLA, Police authorities, Legal Affairs etc.
• Put Out of Programme (OOP) commentary onto MIVIS once determined by BCA Fleet to be at that status, prior to resale
• To liaise with Remarketing/Accounting regarding the invoicing of stolen vehicles
• ERD reports
• V5 liaison
• Form 2638 processing to enable invoicing of vehicles
• Handle resale of commitment vehicles
• Update the Clients Direct systems on appointment or termination of Dealer franchise agreements
Skills Required:
• Direct Stock Exchange Maintenance
• Approve or revoke access to the Clients Direct Stock Exchange to eligible Dealers
• Maintain & broadcast relevant messages to the Clients Direct programme on the FDSE
• Handle concerns or issues relating to access with the FDSE Support team
• Handle failed lead delivery issues with Orchestra / Dealer Excellent IT skills, particularly Excel with good analytical ability.
• Flexible approach, good negotiation, communication, time management and organisation skills, plus ability to work on own and part of wider team
Skills Preferred:
• Continued: Physical Auction Administration
• Provide support to the Auction houses and handle any inquiries raised
• Review daily reports and highlight errors to auction houses and MIVIS team
• Allocate or delete auction ID s to non/eligible Dealers
• Prepare reconciliation reports for management authorisation
• Manage auction calendar and track progress through to sale
• Handle and authorise auction claims, cancellations and repairs and liaise closely with auction manager
• Select potential auction vehicles for management review, and check on status of in stock vehicles allocated to auction
• Select potential auction vehicles for management review and liaise with Manheim Direct for telesales auction vehicles
• ERD reports Employee Purchase Scheme
• Keep the Clients HR page relevant and up to date
• Manage the Clients Direct Employee mailbox
• Price and send out used vehicle list to Employees
• Mange vehicle purchase paper-work sign off
• Liaise with buying dealer on purchase Relationships and Interface
• Auction houses
• Fleet Rental and Leasing
• Residual Value and Remarketing
• Clients Direct Helpdesk
• FDSE support team
• The Clients Direct Dealer community
• CRC/Executive Office
• Orchestra regarding general enquiries
• Technical Services

Experience Required:
• Previous dealer/automotive experience
Experience Preferred:
• Systems administration experience also useful
Education Preferred:
• Degree level
