Our client a ground-breaking charity who focus on alleviate homelessness is looking for a forward-thinking and confident EA/Office Manager.

Based in lovely offices in Vauxhall, the successful candidate will be joining the most amazing team who are striving to make a difference and are very much looked after by our client and offers hybrid working.

This is such an amazing opportunity, whereby the EA/Office Manager will be essential in ensuring the smooth running of the office as well as providing EA duties to the CEO. Therefore, all applicants should be proactive, flexible, have excellent organisation and communication skills and be ready to hit the ground running.

Duties include:

  • Diary management
  • Managing office maintenance
  • Scheduling meetings and setting up meeting rooms
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Processing expenses and invoices
  • Travel arrangements
  • Ensuring offices supplies are stocked up

This is initially a temp role with exciting opportunities for extension starting ASAP so all applicants must be immediately available.
