General Counsel ( Spanish Speaking)

Salary 18-25K Depending on experience

 

We are looking for a Spanish speaking proactive General Counsel. The successful candidate will be structured, methodical and possesses a good attention to detail. Also having significant levels of tact and discretion and remaining calm under pressure.

 

Responsibilities:


 

• Supporting all administrative needs and correspondence
• Extensive travel & diary management 
• Undertaking ad hoc administrative duties
• Patent filing and strategy essential
• IP experience essential
• Fluency in Spanish essential
• Experience in corporate law, contracts, and structure
• Understanding of global corporate structures
• Ability to draft contracts
• Startup experience a plus
  
  

 


Successful applicant must have a minimum of 3 years General Counsel experience and must be fluent in English and Spanish.
