Position
Inenco help our customers to deliver a sustainable future, through expertise, insight and Innovation. Our Data Management Team are a key part of the business, helping our clients with their utility data administration and processing requirements. We are looking for a Team Leader to engage and motivate our technical administrators who are experts in utility invoices. Your role is key in helping both our internal teams and clients, to achieve a better business, greener world .
You will manage upto 12 team members within our team of c50, and be responsible for delivering activity linked to the setup of new clients on our database, acquiring data from utility suppliers, processing energy invoices and data, issuing invoice reports, and helping our clients to resolve their data and payment queries.
You will:
- Create a team culture where service excellence consistently enables brilliant service in order to drive client retention.
- Understand all client deliverables and ensure team governance to achieve these in order to maintain and exceed client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed client and operational SLAs focussing on improved turn-around times.
- Coach and develop the team in order to build engagement
- Identify, implement process and system improvements to drive efficiency and improve profitability.

Requirements
We are looking for someone with experience of either direct team management or someone who can demonstrate that they have organised and delivered work through others.
You will have:
- Experience of working within a fast-paced admin team
- Excellent Communication and Stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office - particularly competence with Microsoft Excel
- A passion for people development
- The ability to manage multiple prioritises
