Client Services Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Assistant, to work in a bespoke business, based in Haslemere. If you have strong organisational skills, high level of attention to detail and have a passion for delivering 5 customer service, then this is the role for you!

Responsibilities:

Manage new and existing clients
Conduct initial calls with new clients
Building and maintaining strong relationships with their clients
Regular team engagement to ensure customer service is kept at a high standard
Communicate regularly with clients and be able to give good advice
To keep records up to date and accurateExperience required:

Previous experience within a similar role or one offering transferable skills
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
The ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously
A personable and adaptable approach to their work
Knowledge of CRM would be usefulBenefits:
