Our Public Sector client based in Worcester is currently looking for a Human Resources Administrator to support their Early Talent Team. This will be Monday to Friday, usually 9.00am to 5.00pm however the successful candidate must have a degree of flexibility in line with the needs of the business. This is a temporary assignment, paying GBP12.90, and is currently hybrid working with two days in the office and the rest home working.

The Early Talent Team cover a range of programmes from apprenticeships and graduate entry, to internships, and government sponsored schemes such as 'care leavers'

Through this role you will support the specialists in the team to ensure that programme performance is managed and monitored in line with KPIs, business objectives and any regulatory/government requirements.

Your main Duties will include:o Managing day to day activity on the Department's Apprenticeship Levy accounts and liaising directly with Apprentice Training Providers as necessaryo Supporting the bidding and allocation process for Fast Stream, Social Diversity Internships, and Care Leaver's Schemes - including liaison with managers as directedo Supporting the identification of Training Providers for individual apprentices or programmeso Supporting enrolments for individuals onto all career entry schemes throughout the yearo Monitoring the provision of management information relevant to each scheme (e.g. on apprentice progression; number of Fast Stream or Care Leaver 'bids')o Supporting the development and delivery of internal promotional events (e.g. for National Apprenticeship Week or National Learning at Work Week)o Maintaining records and spreadsheets and ensuring that scheme data is accurate and up to dateo Managing scheme mailboxes and providing advice and guidance to queries from managers and employeeso Updating the relevant scheme information on the Group's intranet and maintaining records on share-pointThe client is looking for candidates that have specifically managing multiple email mail boxes, has a proficiency in excel and share point and using databases. And also has experience / knowledge of working with government sponsored employment schemes.

Please note this role will require a DBS clearance and three years' worth of referencing.
