This successful design company based close to London Bridge are looking for a Finance Assistant to join their team. You will be joining a small finance team and helping support with both purchase and sales ledger duties.

Duties of the role:

• Loading Suppliers Invoices Sending invoices for approval Monthly payment runs Updating cashbook on the accounting system Dealing with suppliers Dealing with general enquiries Commission statements Loading Sale invoices Debt collecting Sales Statement process

 Requirements for the role:

• Have previous experience within a Finance Assistant role Experience using Sage Excellent communication skills Confident a vibrant personality Organised Be immediately available to start a new role
