Receptionist / Administrator role at boutique investment firm near Green Park – up to £30,000

Great opportunity for a Receptionist looking to add more to their remit to join this small and successful investment company of around 60 people at their office in Mayfair. This is a standalone reception role in an open plan office setting – you will be the face of the business, meeting and greeting clients and visitors and offering refreshments plus managing meeting rooms, taking calls / messages, arranging couriers and dealing with post. Lots of scope to support across the office too – ordering office supplies, liaising on maintenance as well as preparing documents for meetings and assisting the team of 4 PAs with PA cover.

A busy, hands on and varied role with a mix of reception and administrative duties. The right candidate for the role will have 1-2 years’ office experience either in a reception or customer service role. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are a must, and familiarity with MS Office is beneficial.

£28,000-£30,000 depending on experience plus good benefits. 8:30am-5:15pm Monday to Friday, with the opportunity to work from home on Fridays.
