Your Company: NET Recruit is partnering with a market leading manufacturing company located in the Greater Bournemouth area, who are searching for Temporary Talent Administrator for 30 Hours per week to assist the talent partners on a temporary basis until at least next year. This accompanied with their passionate work ethos has made them one of the most successful companies in their sector and this success is only going to keep growing in the future.Roles and Responsibilities:While in this role your duties may include but are not limited to: Booking Interviews with Line managers General Admin Duties Organising Starter Packs and documentation Supporting Advertising Supporting Onboarding process administration Answering incoming phone calls to the team when needed Any additional duties as and when required by the teamWhat you will need to Apply:To be considered for this role, you must have a background in HR or have worked in a junior HR or Recruitment role and also have additional experience in administration. You should be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal and have a professional and friendly telephone manner. Feel competent at Microsoft word and Excel. You must have a keen eye for detail and be thoroughly organised and diligent in your paperwork, note taking and filing to ensure no discrepancies occur. You should be happy to hit the ground running while in the role and ideally will be immediately available or ready to start at very short notice.What you will get in Return:The company are generously offering an hourly rate of GBP12 per hour for the candidate who is successful and will pay holiday rates for any annual leave taken within this time.
