Creating an apprenticeship programme

Use deep skills, knowledge, research and business acumen to drive business value and impact in key areas such as: enterprise risk and operational risk management in a complex HR regulatory and legal landscape.

Well versed with demonstrable skills in building and supporting diverse and inclusive teams and ensuring leadership teams and front-line leaders always adhere to the principles.

You'll support the change management process, working with senior leaders to ensure smooth and timely roll outs

• Be an influential business partner with ability to work closely with senior management and key stakeholders across our business to inspire, coach, influence and shape the future business
• Strong leadership experience, managing an HR team effectively and ability to develop robust relationships with stakeholders
• Strong networking, coaching and influencing skills with the ability to form successful working relationships at all levels.
