Our client, based in Holborn is looking for a new Graduate to come on board this hugely successful and innovative company due to continued growth within their Sales Team.

You will be responsible for providing support for the Sector Heads, MD's and the Team (5) within the Sales Team.  The role is busy and therefore will suit someone who is proactive, super organised and has a “can do” attitude and can work to tight deadlines and enjoys meeting targets.  The company also supports continued growth and development within this role.

Duties:

  • Assist with contracts, proposals, schedules and pitch presentations for the team and assist in follow ups from the client.
  • Setting up and scheduling meetings and logistics as well as organising events.
  • Assist with pre-pitch information, gathering information, analysis, data from various websites such as Thompson and Bloomberg.
  • Prepare reports for weekly sales meeting, take minutes and follow up on action points.
  • Update the CRM system with client information and ensure all is kept updated for data records and reports.
  • Preparation of summaries – weekly and monthly for Global Head of Sales.
  • Targeting clients and setting up meetings for Sales Executives. 
  • Communication with clients over the telephone and emails.
  • First point of contact for the team regarding enquiries and escalate where necessary.
  • Tracking market trends.
  • Liaising with other internal teams ensuring excellent client management throughout.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 6-12 months previous experience working within a sales environment.
  • Happy to work towards targets as well as providing admin support to the team. 
  • Able to work well under pressure and to deadlines as well as multi-tasking. 
  • Excellent communication skills and able to liaise with clients comfortably.
  • A level or above educated.
  • Able to manage own workload.
  • High attention to detail and super organised.
  • Excellent IT skills and able to pick up new systems and processes.
  • Real team player.
  • Professional and the enthusiasm to grow and develop in your role. 

Salary - Base Salary plus quarterly commission (OTE 5 - 10k) and company benefits.
