HR Generalist

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist to join a fast-paced HR team working for a superb tech company with offices based in Brick Lane and Central London. This is a full-time role, and the company is offering hybrid work with two to three days on-site and the remaining two days at home. The placement will be for 6 months, and you will be reporting to the Director of HR and will support the HR team in all aspects of the company.

 

Role & Responsibilities:

• Acting as 1^st point of contact to all managers, advising on the full remit of HR issues
• Assistance with performance management and personal development for all employees
• Leading on the full range of ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances and absence management
• Supporting on the full employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding
• Providing HR administrative support as well as assisting on strategic projects
• Ensuring all policies and procedures are up to date with current employment law
• Acting as a superuser of HR systems and coaching other
• Assisting with recruitment requirements and L&D as required

 

Skills and experienced required:

• Proven track record working within HR Generalist role
• Thorough understanding of international employment law and employee relations
• Extremely organised with the ability to prioritise workload
• Self-motivated and passionate about delivering a high-quality service and experience for all
• Exceptional stakeholder management
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships with all business stakeholders
• CIPD qualified or currently working on qualifications
