A really exciting opportunity for an investment trust who are looking to bring in an ambitious HR Administrator. They are based in beautiful offices in West London.
The Role:
You will be reporting to the HR Manager and will support the Head of HR across all aspects within the company. This role would really suit someone who is looking for their second role in HR and would like to start their CIPD qualification, as you will gain real practical experience of the full 360 HR generalist role, whilst being mentored and sponsored through your qualification.

Key Duties Include:
- Overseeing the HR Department shared inbox, responding to employee queries and escalating issues to the HR Manager and Head of HR whenever necessary
- Managing the payroll process in conjunction with the company payroll provider
- Actively managing the onboarding and offboarding processes by arranging interviews ands background screening and actioning exit interviews
- Taking care of ad hoc tasks such as employment and tenancy references and administering pension schemes
- Maintaining employee databases and assisting in projects when required
- Is proactive and solution-oriented towards their work
- Understands the importance of teamwork and contributes to shared goals being accomplished
- Is proficient across all Microsoft Office applications
- Carries a genuine interest in HR as the company will sponsor a CIPD qualification
- Is attentive to detail and embraces high standards across company life
- 3 days in the office and 2 work-from-home days per week
