Office Manager - Global Sports Consultancy

£35,000 + benefits + bonus

We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Global Operations Executive to join the Worlds Premier Management consultancy in sorts engaged with the most exciting issues and challenges in the sports industry. Our client is looking for a Global Operations Executive who is a great team player, has high attention to detail and has strong interpersonal skills.

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall operations of the London office to include management of relationships with all service providers
• Manage office facilities/building management/First Aid/Fire Warden
• Manage hardware for joiners and leavers (office keys, laptops, etc.)
• Manage and organise all necessary office equipment, furniture, supplies etc.
• Manage and keep current internal systems and management
• Coordinate office team meetings, company offsite and relevant large scale client meetings / workshops
• Co-ordinate with the global operations team to support with regional offices administrative requirements
• Support with any global administration requirements as required
• Oversee and manage the health insurance coverage requirements, new registrations, additions, cancellations
• Assist with the administration of the renewal process for all company insurance
• Understand firm systems (PeopleHR, ATS, SharePoint) and provide general support on how to use them
• Liaise with IT providers to ensure systems are in place to support for all staff

Specifications:

Educational Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree or Degree equivalent from an accredited institution

Experience Background - Experience in an Office Administration or Operations role

Number of Years of Experience - 2-3 years of experience
