My client is a growing satellite engineering business that is focused on 5G technology. They are based between Bicester and Paddington.

Description

The Senior HR Advisor will work directly with the HR Director across the whole HR spectrum, including recruitment. This is a real opportunity to spring board your career as the business is growing and will need HR to develop to support this.

Profile

The Senior HR Advisor will need proven HR experience and will ideally be studying for their CIPD already. They will need to be able to demonstrate how they can work with senior management and be able to change priorities as the business needs change.

Job Offer

The Senior Advisor role is a hybrid opportunity and comes with an attractive salary of up to GBP45,000. There is also the opportunity to develop within the business.
