Salary - circa GBP26,500 FTE dependent on experience

HR and Recruitment Officer - The Role:

Dragon School is seeking to appoint an HR and Recruitment Officer. The main purpose of the HR & Recruitment Officer will be to undertake the full range of HR generalist activities in support of the Head of HR. The post holder will be the first point of contact for staff and senior managers looking for advice and will also work on a variety of projects. The post holder will need to feel confident and be able to manage day to day queries that come into the department and be able to work independently. The post holder will oversee the recruitment for both teaching and support roles.
