A well established public sector organisation based in Kidlington is seeking a talented and organised Corporate Health Shared Services Administrator to provide an efficient and effective administration service to the internal and external customers dealing with enquiries face to face and by telephone ensuring that medical confidentiality is maintained at all times.

(This is a temporary role with the opportunity of going on to fixed term contract)

Pay rate: GBP11.77 per hour + holiday pay

Working Hours: (Monday - Friday) 08:30 - 16:30

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide a high quality, confidential guidance service to internal and external customers through a range of communication channels
  • Ensure that all required client information is recorded into the system in an accurate and timely manner
  • Process and monitor internal and external applicants throughout the medical recruitment system, ensuring that all steps are undertaken in a timely manner
  • Administering the Health Management Referral process by enabling efficient triaging and appointment allocation with the appropriate Clinician, ensuring that individuals are provided with notification of their appointment along with the necessary instructions.
  • Organising appropriate appointments and meetings depending on clinical and welfare needs.
  • Provide a comprehensive secretarial service including audio & copy and sending out of routine letters without supervisors approval.
  • Assist the Manager with the administration duties required when progressing with applications.
  • Liaising with numerous stakeholders ensuring that all steps and information is obtained in a timely manner to allow cases to be put forward to the Selected Medical Practitioner for review

As the ideal candidate, you will have good organisation skills, with the ability to work in own initiative and prioritise workloads. You must also have great attention to detail and IT skills, being familiar with common office systems, procedures, equipments and facilities.
