We are very excited to be working in partnership with this established business in their search for a Group HR Manager. Based in the Northamptonshire, this is a full time role, 35hrs based in the office.

Main Responsibilities

  • To be the central communication point for the organisation, supporting synergy and cooperation between all departments and companies
  • Oversee and advise on all people related processes and activities, ensuring that all relevant laws, legislation and processes are adhered to
  • Manage the employee lifecycle - recruitment, on-boarding, probation, performance management, leavers
  • To co-ordinate all aspects of the recruitment process including preparation of vacancy notices, job descriptions, contracts of employment and engagement with employment agencies where necessary
  • Manage and/or support line managers with employee relations cases
  • Review and update HR policies: Ensure that all current and new policies remain up-to-date with changes in legislation, and are communicated effectively to all areas of the business
  • Review and manage company procedures, holidays, absences according to best practice
  • HR projects such as salary benchmarking, succession planning and redrafting appraisals
  • Support the board members with TUPE processes when required
  • Ensure the company remains GDPR compliant through assessment and review of processes
  • Provide leadership coaching to relevant stakeholders to support great working practices
  • Travel to sites where appropriate to ensure accuracy and quality of various HR functions
  • Support Training requirements, including design and implementation

  • Car owner/driver
