HR Coordinator/HR System Coordinator
About the role
We are seeking an HR System Coordinator, or an HR Coordinator with an interest in HR systems to be the first point of contact in the HR System team, improving the daily operations of our Human Resource Information System(HRIS) and other systems.
You will be the first point of contact in HR Services for system queries, providing efficient and effective support to employees and managers.
Contribute to the design of technology-enabled people practices. Continuously reviewing the impact of technology on roles and people processes.
Support line managers across the Group to ensure they fulfill the people management aspects of their role with openness and transparency and in accordance with our values.
Partnering with the HR Service team s and wider HR Colleagues to drive a comprehensive and holistic service offering

About you
We are looking for you to bring:
Educated to level 3 in CIPD/ business and administration or equivalent experience
Excellent understanding of HR / Payroll / Benefit Administration and best practice.
Experience in using and maintaining an HR system and reports.
Ability to demonstrate basic knowledge of employment law and best practice in the area of HR

Contract Type: Fixed Term/Secondment - up to 12 months
Base: This role is hybrid working from home and office
