HR Business Partner

HR Business Partner in Wolverhampton required for a successful manufacturing business. This is a true HR Business partnering role where you will work closely with the Operations Team Leaders and Managers to ensure they continue to have a productive, positive and pioneering workplace.

Based in Wolverhampton working for a successful manufacturing business. My client is a well established SME who have a well established and loyal customer base.

Description

• Working with Managers and Team Leader within the UK manufacturing site to provide them with HR support and advice
• Review weekly payroll files and company handbook
• Creating new policies and procedures and ensuring they are rolled out across the factory floor
• Monitoring attraction and retention within the business, working with the wider HR team to develop solutions for reducing attrition rates.
• Supporting the Apprenticeship Programme and to promote it in local education establishments.
• Supporting the development and review of role profiles to ensure they are a fair and true representation of the jobs being completed.
• Work closely with the Management Team to ensure all employees are well supported

Profile

• HR Business partner or HR Manager who has the ability to work with people at all levels
• Experience of working in a similar role in a factory/ foundry environment
• Experience of working with and liaising with English and non-English speaking workforces
• Ideally CIPD qualified or similar
• Will be ambitious and wanting to take the next step in their career
