Contract Sales Coordinator

An interiors business is looking for a Contract Sales Co-ordinator to support their Sales team from their East London offices. This is a small but buzzy and vibrant team, and so they are looking for someone equally motivated to join.

This person would take over from the sales team once sales have been agreed, and will follow up on design and planning. They will be liaising with customers to ensure that everything is happening as it should!

Hours: 9-5:30 and 9-4pm on Fridays.

Location: London in office 5 days a week

Salary: £28-32k DOE 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays, private healthcare & death in service

Duties include:

Admin support using Word and Excel, tracking the progress of projects, managing upcoming production dates, and ensuring relevant documents are filed correctly.

Liaising with customers on order progress, and despatch dates, as well as coordinating with third party suppliers.

General office admin and maintenance, answering phones, ordering supplies etc.
